An offshoot of world-renowned Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates in New York City, the Montauk studio is a classical, boutique space open year-round. All instructors descend in their instruction directly from Joe Pilates himself to bring you the most authentic Pilates on the east end.

Our studio holds itself to the highest classical standards. We are fully outfitted with Gratz apparatus, including reformers, towers, wunda chairs, high chair, Cadillac, ladder barrels, and more.
